I've always been fascinated with the relationship between the games people make and the people playing them. They're the most hands-on medium of art -- both for the player and the designer -- and that stretches my design skills in interesting and fun ways.

I value creativity, team spirit and diversity in my work, making sure that everyone's voice is heard. If we're not having fun making entertainment, something's wrong!

The future looks bright for the video games industry, and I'm excited to be a part of it.
